The Compass Program is a 21st Century Learning Center. We are funded by a 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) grant through the MA Department of Secondary Education. The purpose of this grant is to provide students with academic enrichment opportunities along with other activities designed to complement the students’ regular academic program.
The Compass Program offers 9th grade students the chance to try new, engaging and dynamic programs to reinforce their academic learning and develop their social and emotional skills. We pride ourselves on helping students make connections to their school community by becoming leaders. During the school year, our home base is the freshman academy, in room 810.
